Hello,
No doubt that a nasty virus got to your machine. Unfortunately, without a clean boot, in safe or normal mode all of desinfection science cannot be applied.
0x0000007B code means that Windows cannot locate the boot partition. (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE)
Instead of chkdsk, try sfc/scannow
alt+f10 is the proper code to access the recovery partition. It is possible to delete the hard drive partition that has the recovery tool. If your Acer Aspire One no longer has the recovery partition, you will need to acquire an external USB DVD drive and then contact Acer for a recovery DVD. Connect the USB drive to
the netbook's USB port and then insert the recovery DVD in the drive.
