Computer Isn't Booting [Solved]

Hello,
I Tried To Start My Computer Today But Nothing Happened , when I Pressed The Power Button The Router is okay And The Lights On The sides Of The power Button (Green And Red) The Red One Isn't Lit , I Opened The Case and The fan Of the motherboard was Working And The Power Supply's Fan Is Working , The Small Yellow Light of The Screen is Lit
I just Don't Know What To Do ,I'm Writing This On My laptop

Hello,

Try this 1

If you notice that your CPU fan is running but there is no display in the screen,

then remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try

another slot. Check your RAM also. Even bad RAM will result in display problem.

Hey I Removed 1 Ram and It Worked ! Seems Like It Was damaged , Thanks a lot
