Hello,

Just completed a full system restore on my toshiba sat laptop and still have physical memory at 90%. If everything is wiped out, why is this happening. Anyone have any ideas ?

The "storage space" on your hard drive is not "physical memory".
The term "memory" is commonly used only for the solid state memory chips that plug into the motherboard and are used for temporary storage.

What program and/or what screen in Windows is displaying this 90% message?
