Black ink prints white streaks on Kodak Hero

Hello,

I have installed New ink Cartridges to my Kodak Hero 5.1, trouble is The Black ink prints out from a laptop with white streaks going through text, but if you take a copy of a document it prints out fine, the problem is only with printing from laptop and Black ink only, Colour ink is fine both ways.

I have cleaned print head and check for updates all is ok and have re installed the cartridges many times now , I have gone through the maintenance section of Manuel and installing cartridges etc

I have never had this problem before and had this printer from last year.

Please help.
