Hello,
All of the icons on my computer have disapeared and so did the startup bar at the bottom of the page. I cant do absolutely anything. I go to task manager and go to new task. When i type in windows or explorer1.exe or explorer.exe or anything. It always says that it cannot find the file and i may not have appropriate permissions to access the item. I have tried all the things on this website and nothing has worked yet. When I go to browse to look for C:\WINDOWS its not in their and if i type it into new task that doesnt work either. If i go to processes to try to end a process it says operation could not be completed and that access is denied. Nothing is working and I have no clue as what to do. I am not very computer literate so any step by step solution would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
