Problem in os installing

Hello,
hai sir while i was trying to install os in windows 7 ultimate i got a problem of sying that "bootmanager is missing" i would be pleased to get a reply frm u.......
and the sysyem is nt showing my harddisk memory...........
in my laptop

Your hard disk has probably failed.
