Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened.
2) Double-click on "Sound, video and game controllers" or click on "+" to expand it
--> If you notice any red cross mark then right-click on it and select "Enable".
3) If there is no red cross mark, then try reinstalling your audio drivers.
You can download the drivers from the manufactures website or let us know your
PC\Laptop brand name and model number.
