Moving data in Excel

Hello,
I messed up sone data in Excel. I have a contact list and now I need to move everything in columns C-F down 4 cells. All the addresses are off by four from their names. Example: John Doe's address is 555 Doe St. However, the address is wrong if you look down the row of the sheet. He has Bob Gibbs address by his name, so it needs to be bumbed down by 4 - they all do....

If all the data from C-F matches all the cells you need to move the four cells down, then try
copying all the data from C-F right click, select cut, and then paste it four rows down where you need
it to line up.
