Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible (and if it is, how) to do the following:

Data is entered into a excel workbook like a database. After which I can click on say a 'Generate Report' button to pull up a new form that has not been used with the data from the database already input. After the data is generated, I would like the cells to unlink (meaning that even if I delete the details in the 'database' the data will not be affected.

Thank you

Hi ItalianBaby,

It is possible to rearrange data with a click on a button.

Question remains how your data looks like and how you foresee the result.

Consider the possibility to upload your entire workbook (watch out with personal data) using a filesharing site like www.speedyshare.com.

Best regards,
