Setting up Outlook express

Need to set up my outlook express , which should have been taught when I bought this new PC dec 08 .

I have 24 msgs in Outllok express thjat can NOT go through .

I dont know what you mean by i have 24 megs that cant go through. through what? if you want to set up an outlook express account then
