Hello, i have a question when i turn on the playstation the background of my playstion is always black it wont change and it keeps loding and loading and no background of plastion 3 wat should i do..??? plzzz..:<

You might have to send it back to the playstation store so they can reinstall the playstation softwear.

Call playstation services they will give you all the instruction how to send to them make sure you still have warranty on it or you will need to pay from 60 to 80 dollars For the repair
