Lexmark X75 printer driver help

Hello,

I Just purchased an ASUS computer with Windows 7. I have a Lexmark X75 printer that is evidently not compatable with Windows 7. As I am a computer dummy I don't want to screw up my computer. So, is there a down load or a driver that will make my X75 work?
