Hello,

I have a desktop with windows xp hardwired to router that I can not connect to internet. It says it is connected, but when I am at a c prompt and type ip config it comes back blank, tried renew and still nothing. this is a wireless router and the laptop is able to work find. Was on with century link and they said it was my computer. It shows no local connection. I am not a computer person so I am not sure what that means. Any help would be appreciated.
