Kies does not work .

Hello,
Ihave installed cd1 &cd2 on window xp sp2 properly but it doese not work properly. an error message display that main stage has encountered a problem and needs to closed.
so.i am not able to connect my phone to pc. plz advise.

Try to upgrade your NET framework to 3.5

If that doesnt make a difference

Backup your datas and format your OS drive alone and

try to installing kies,I dont think of any other way
