Does your new router have a firewall? tried disabling it?

Have you enabled uPnP on the router (if it has it) ?

Are you all on the same IP range? (Eg. 192.168.0.X)

call all PCs access internet?

Firewall is disabled, uPnP enabled. About IP in static IP is our service provider IP in WAN and in LAN 192.168.1.1. All PCs accessing internet except sharing each computers. In all computers IP address with 192.168.1.X and default gateway 192.168.1.1 and DNS server is service provider provided.

Please help.
