Restoring your factory settings will loose any data you have saved files you created music/pics/things like that. You will also loose any updates to the software and OS, you would have to go back to microsoft and get any security updates for Vista and IE, .net frame work things like that. The down side if your factory settings files are corrupted it could crash your system and you would need to do a full reinstall of windows. |
