Most probably it's because of re-installation of your OS, either you reinstalled your current OS or you upgraded it. If that's the case, you need to install the device drivers included in the installation CD of your PC's motherboard (if the CD is still available). In case that's it's unavailable anymore, visit each of the official manufacturer's website of your hardware devices, search and download the each of the device drivers.
