Restore Sony Vaio laptop to factory setting [Solved]

I'm using Sony Vaio laptop model PCG-7184L ..i want to format my laptop..but i dont have the Sony recovery disc...plzzzz plzzz plz help me how to format my laptop....urgently

Hi Skyfly

On most Sony models, holding alt + F10 at boot will start the factory restore process
