You have to run regedit (click start menu /click run / type regedit and click OK) registry editor screen appears.
on menu choose edit and click "find", on the new screen type example ( AVG8 ) or the name of the error that kaspersky show when installation fail. deleted the registry entry on search result ( verify the association with the error before deleted) and click F3 botton to find next registry entries. delete all files associated with avg. (do not delete entries if you not sure is associated with avg8). repeat F3 step and delete all entries until a messeage appears (finished searching through the registry) when finish, restart your computer, and try to install a clean an legal copy of Kaspersky. dont activate online until you are sure that the installations and updates are complete and work perfect.
I recomend kaspersky 100% - Works and protect better than others product that i try.
This error appers when orthers antivirus are unistalled incorrect and unistallation not clean all files or registry entries. Kaspersky not will install if others products are using the files or entries that Kaspersky needed to work correctly.
