China iphone 4 Proxy keypad don't appear

Hello,

My iphone made in China can not access internet in my country "Ghana". When am setting the internet and I get to Proxy, the keypad does not appear for me to key in the codes to be able to access the internet.
Please what do I do now to be able to access the internet

Hi,

Simply call your service provider and have the free settings and guidelines from them if your mobile is supported,
