Error in folder lock

Hello,


i have full version of folder lock..But my locker is showing in properties that it having data but when we open
its totally empty..We tried different things to recover data as ist we uninstall the folder lock software and even
deleted its registry file..after this process we again reinstall folder lock but result is same locker is showing data in property but locker folder is empty and we already installed new window even but result is same..so can you help in this case how can i recover our lost data..

This is most probably a case of bad drive sectors... Once Bad Sectors are encrypted, or encrypted Files' sectors are corrupted, you cannot delete it. You cannot Decrypt it either. It will show up as data when it is in a Locked Folder, but once you decrypt or "unlock it" the directory or file structure is so corrupt that the operating system does not recognize it as files. To get your Harddrive space back i would suggest a format and reiinstallation of OS.
