How to install driver

Hello,
last week,i'v install ubuntu..dual boot with vista.it's work properly..but some of my device could not install bcause the driver cd that i have only for vista..my lapop is lenovo 3000 g400.how can i install them?
Is that hav driver for intel graphic media accelerator, realtek hd audio manager, broadcom wireless and lan in ubuntu?
i'm still not understand with the os..but i interested to use it.can anyone help me please.......
