Hi Jai,
Use conditional format: top menu > format> conditional format.
On the window that appears, select "Formula is" in the first dropdown list.
Enter the following formula:
Now drag the cell down and choose "Format only" from the small square that appears to apply the conditional format to the rest of the column.

=AND(A1>=0%,A1<=100%)Choose your color and add another condition with formula:
=AND(A1>100%,A1<=120%), choose your color and for your final condition use this formula:
=A1>120%, choose your color and hit OK.
Now drag the cell down and choose "Format only" from the small square that appears to apply the conditional format to the rest of the column.
