introduce a heading row in row no. 1
highlight data columns A and B with header row . sort according to column A
still highlighting the data with header row click data-subtotal
the subtotal window is interactive
the data will look like thsi
hdng1 hdng2
32 7000
32 9000
32 Total 16000
33 8000
33 6000
33 Total 14000
39 10000
39 Total 10000
Grand Total 40000
