Can not delete and open one mail from outbox

Hello,
hi i have a mails in outbox in ms outlook 2003. i can not delete it even i can not open it when i try to open it shows a message that is " can not open this item.outlook has already begun transmitin this massage"
sender is also know i have lot of mails of that sender so sender is not unknown.
plz help how can i delete it.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
