Need sound driver

Hello,
every time i try installing soundmax for xp pro. it keeps telling me "no driver detected, please reboot and try install again" i dont know where i can find a driver for my sound, i have a dell, windows xp pro. with Intel Celeron D inside,, hope this info helps u help me :D waiting to hear back from you. thanx in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.5
