I am using xp sp3 and my c drive shows less free space than is actually there. Just upgraded from a 250 GB hard drive to a 1 TB seagate barracuda. Cloned the old drive to the new, then replaced the old hard drive with the new. Local Disk C: shows 232 GB total size with 71.4 GB free space. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks.

Hello,

Try this 1

Check in the "Disk Management"

Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.

"Disk Management" window will be opened.

If you noticed any Unallocated space --> Right-click on it --> Select "New

Partition" and follow the instructions.

Good Luck
