Pc High Pitch Alarm

Hello,


When turning my pc on. A high single pitch continuous alarm goes off from inside the pc.
And it only stops when you turn the pc off.
Its a E systems But I cant really tell you the model number unless it working.
Nothing else happens. It wont boot up and nothing appears on the monitor.
Can anyone help please?

It might be the RAM, One of the RAM Sticks might be worn out, But I wouldn't fiddle with it, I'd take it to a professional anyway. Don't want to be breaking it do we? :3
