Desktop screen goes blue n bck to norma

Hello,

i hve a dell d610 laptop whenever i refresh desktop it first turns blue n bck to normal ..plus the icons on the desktop borders is blue...plzz help

Hi,

Since how long are you having this issue,did you recently install new application on laptop before this issue starts?more information please,you can make a system restore to previous dates it was working perfectly,instructions on link below is already provided:
