Sim 3 wont even show up!!!

Hello,

i got the sims 3 game for the pc and now it wont even show up on the computer at all. i click "computer" and try to do it manually but it just says there is no disc in the drive. and autoplay does not work either! can someone help please?

Please check whether the actual problem is not coming from the cd itself, check whether it is not scratched. Otherwise check your IDE settings.
