Presario M2000 audio drivers problemClosed

Hello All, 
              I am having the Presario M2000 but after trying hell lot of ways to install Audio Drivers I am still getting the failure whenever I install the drivers of (Conexant Univerversal Audio) please tell me the way out how can I make them installed at last will I be able to get that or still I would have to format the windows again plzzzzzzzzzz suggest I am getting mad without audio drivers

Configuration: Windows XP / Opera 9.80

Which os have you installed on laptop?and the driver installing is for same os or different?you can download the correct driver if needed from official Compaq website,follow this link:
