Unable to start windows xp

Hello, Sir, I have a problem in my computer , when i press start to open my pc it was not start just showing loading xp and long time its shown to me but my computer is not start, pls healp me to start my computer

Internet Explorer 7.0

IN BIOS CHECK THE FOLOING OPTION FIRST BOOT DEVISE AND KEEP IT IN HARDISC THEN ALSO THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED THEN YOU SHOULD RESTORE YOUR SYSTEM TO THE OLDER DAYS WHEN IT IS ALRIGHT


TO RESTORE YOUR SYSTEM YOU SHOULD ON THE SYSTEM IN THE SAFE MODE AND DO IT AND IF YOU STILL CANT GET IT YOU SHOULD FORMAT THE SYSTEM
