Probelm in Toshiba A505-s6005

Hello,
I have laptop Toshiba A505-s6005
when i tried to recover my windows 7 through DVD
i got a problem and error in third DVD
the error serial is 10-FC12-0241
then required to shutdown the lap
and i can't use recovery again
help me how to reset to factory default

i tried to do that but the method of zero button "0" and power button
is uncompleted , no recovery options are appeared

Hi,

the method of ''0'' is not functioning as the recovery partition is corrupted or was removed/formatted,this error you got while using recovery dvd might be dvd has scratched and your dvd drive cannot read it,try repairing the cd using instructions from link below or use an external dvd drive plugged to system,fo this you need to change boot sequence in bios to ''usb cd/dvd rom' it must be plugged before changing the boot sequence:

the DvD's are very good , when i got DVD's from my vendor , i already copy them as ISO on my PC
the 0 key way is invalid and no thing appeared on my screen , for the DVD/WR state ,
i didn't use it frequently , i used DVD/WR 4 times only
