Hello,
Hello world! Help me please!
I tried to connect another hard disk to my computer. I set the jumpers as indicated in the hard disk so as to function slave. I have connected the cable to slave (White in Colour). It is not detected in my XP windows. Then I tried to enter to BIOS set up. There I cannot do any change! Pls help me to solve this slave problem.

check to see if the main drive is set properly also try cable select setting as some systems require the slave to be set to cable select. check to see if the drive is partioned properly if not download part magic it can partition to many different operating systems such as linux, xp mac. it is a self booting cd. Also go to the mother board manufactures site for tech info on your board. Hope this helps.
