Adobe will just not work on my computer

Hello,

i have windows 7 home on my computer it a new computer but i just cant seem to get adobe flash player to work on my IE.. it will work for 3 weeks or so then just stops for sometime 2 months it seems like every time it has an update it stops working.....can anyone help me i have try different browser and that didnt help...i know my computer is 64-bit...plz plz plz someone help me this is driving me nuts

When installing Adobe flash player you should close all programs running like Firefox,IE

And when it's done try to reboot your computer. . .
