ok - im gettn really p--sed now!! and its not from christmas cheers!!
ive got this freakn Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger. - i dont know how to go into safe mode, im not literate really at all.
i NEEEEED BASIC but DETAILED step BY step instructions before i scream to GET RID OF THIS SHITE!!
had the BIGGEST argument with my husband over this stupid thing - not looking good for christmas now...
ive spent all day trying to sort it out and im TIRED!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE H.E.L.P. - we are overseas on holiday & so need our laptop...
