Music Player Problem

Hello,

I am having 2gb memory card still the music player is showing error message of operation failed, I restored my cell to factory settings, cleared the phone memory still it is showing the same msg. Please help

Please consider getting the phone flashed in order to get the problem solved.

flash it with 7.96 flash file
