Hiya Miranda,
So how are you? It is difficult to know clearly which files you have deleted. You can nevertheless carry out a system restore on the laptop to a date before the one you deleted those system files. You will however lose some of your database if you do not make a back up.
Nevertheless, if the problem is still the same, please consider carrying out a system restore to factory settings or still repair your system.
