Hello,
Try this 1.
Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another
slot. Check your RAM also, even bad RAM will result you in display problem.
If you are using graphic card, then remove it and place it back properly.

I tried this option- removed existing RAM and used fresh new RAM, but still the same issue- signal not coming to monitor.
i checked with another monitor also, not working
Then wat could be the reason, cable issues, cabinet issue?
motherboard is new one,
I dont know what could be the reason
Any other options?

Hello,
Try this 1.
Remove all the Hard disk, CD\DVD drives connections from the motherboard. Place the RAM in
the other slot properly and then switch ON your computer.
If the problem still exists try resetting BIOS.
Turn off your PC and remove the power chord --> Open the cabinet --> Remove the CMOS battery for 15-30 minutes and then put it back properly. Now plug the power cord back in and switch ON your PC.
If the problem still exist, click on the below link and follow the instructions in "Hardware Reset".

Remove the motherboard from the cabinet and place it outside on a book -> connect the PSU unit and the front panel connections --> connect your VGA cable and then switch ON the
CPU and check whether you are able to get the display or not. Also make sure that RAM is meeting the requirements of your motherboard.
