Logitech Webcam v-uk11

Hello,

Been goin around all night on this.
Have a logitech webcam and need proper driver.
m/n: V-UK11
P/n: 861080-0000 or 861086-000 can't tell for sure
S/N : LZA13300011

Repeated searches/downloads and installs no luck
keep coming up with Image Studio 7.3 as driver. tried several sights downloaded and installed and camara can't be detected. Device manager shows code 39 when try to update

Running xp pro sp3 3 gig processor and 2 gig ram, IE8

Any help would be great.
Computer recognizes when pluged in and gives error on installing
