video disappear from laptop to tv in between.Solved/Closed

Hello,  

Dear sir,

When I watch a movie online through hdmi cable, I am able to see only for 10 minutes. After that video disappear on tv screen and  " scene selection has been changed" message appears on tv.  Can u please help me to  solve it ? 
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi

Thanks for your suggestions. I have solved my problem by increasing the resolution to 60 hertz. Now I am able to watch movie without any disturbance.

Hi there,

Try not watching the video from laptop on tv in full screen and give your feedback if the same error message appears as well as what is the length of cable in use,

Hello rathika,

You need to either increase your screen saver time or disable it while watching movies so that there is no interruption in between .
