Hi,

I’ve recently bought a “NEC Powermate M7142” computer. My problem is that I cant find any USB port and card reader at the front of the CPU, as specified in the catalogue. Have I been robbed?

Help me please!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,

Nothing to be worried about, just check the casing carefully, you will find a sliding cover. It hides the ports. Slide it down and you will disclose them.
