Hello bro

And also check that bluetooth device is installed i your bios setting or not.
if not then check bios software from dell site and download them.

Same problem here, It is not in the bios or my system config. I just got through talking to a tech at Dell
He said it is an optional feature and obviously i didn't get it. the laptop is ready for it however you have to buy it no matter what the manual said. So once again weve been mis-led in to beleveing we had something we really didn't. So now I'm gonna go cash my check and see if I can find one.

When you down-grade from Vista to XP, it deactivates Bluetooth. In order to get it back, you need to run this utility Dell provides that enables it again. You can get it here: http://support.dell.com/...

I found this answer over here: http://www.thejackol.com/2007/11/30/dell-inspiron-64001505-bluetooth-not-activating/

Wow! I've been looking into this on and off for weeks. I have never seen that utility, but bam. I ran it, and the bluetooth light magically went on, didn't even have to reboot or anything! This is great information, thank you!
