3 days ago, I have updated the phone software of my Nokia 5800 from v30..... to v50..... It was successful update. However, after about 4 hours, I noticed that my Nokia 5800 is warm or rather its battery is hot and discharging fast. And I have noticed this "phenomenon" this past 3 days that I have to charge my Nokia 5800 repeatedly (I am worried that its battery maybe destroyed prematurely because of this). Really I am very surprised with this development. Can anybody please help and/or explain why this is happening to my cell phone? Is there any solution? Can I revert back to my old phone software v30....? And if I can revert back, what is the procedure? Please, please help. Thank you.

Hello mate,

You cannot revert back for the software installation on your handset,if this is happening e the firmware update, redo the same action, that is to update it again. In this process if some files were missed it will be replaced .

Thanks
