Canon MP 220 Printer

Hello,

Can't get printer to print or scan,message says cannot recognize cartridges but both are full and worked fine 2 days ago.

Turn off the printer and then turn it back on again. If the little orange light comes on, this on your make will be above the B button, press the reset button until it goes off. If that does not work take the cartridge out and put it back in and then repeat. get more information and help from here

Dear Mancy,

Please consider carry a system restore back to the date where it was working correctly for the fact that there should be a missing or corrupt file causing it to act such.
