Problem with graphic display GTA4 in Window 7

Hello, My GTA IV got graphic display problem, when I start the game, it's look normal... just for a while I play around 3 minutes, it's like diplay got somethings problem, it's like automatically zoom in, and then zoom out, for the start it's happen slow, then, zoom in zoom out became more faster and faster... then, the display go right, then go left, after that go up and then go down.. it's makes me want to vomit if i play longer..
I'm using notebook Acer Aspire 4740G, Intel Core i5 430M, 2.26Hz 1066MHz FSB, NVIDIA GeForce 310M, and Window 7 64-bit operating system..
