Insertion of rows using macros

Hello,
hi

I working on excel sheet of 2000 rows of various departments. There is empty cell after each department ends.

I wanna insert more new rows in this column, whennever there is a empty cell (using macros).

Pls suggest me on this

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
