Whats worng with my sims two deluxe

Hello, i had my Sims two double deluxe for like a year know i bought all the expansion packs and never had a problem but know when i try to get on it will load only half way then the screen minimizes and goes to my desk top and says pleas send error report i tried this countless times and never works i had the problem for like three weeks know someone please tell me what i spent to much money on this game please write me back
