When i start battlefield heroes, i get a prob

Hello.
Okay, first, i log into to battlefield heroes. I then press the, "Play Now" button. But, when i press it, "User Account control" Pops up, and after i press the ok button, it takes me to the Battle Field Heroes game launching screen, but nothing pops up. Please help me.
