Hi,

try this 1,

Right click on the internet explorer---->click on properties---> click on

"Connections" tab-->click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the

options, if you notice any option selected. Check your firewall also.

If you are using firefox

In Firefox, Click on Tools-->Options--->Advanced --> Network--->Settings--->

select "No proxy" option and click on OK.

Click on Start --> Run and type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.

Then rightclick on your LAN/wireless --> properties --> scroll down and

double click on "Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]" --> make sure that "Obtain an IP

address automatically" & "Obtain DNS server address automatically" is selected.

Then click on Start --> Run and type cmd and click on OK.

Type this command

ipconfig/all and press enter

Check " IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers". It should

contain the addresses.
